I've worked in a support role, whether Human Resources, Coaching or Exec admin for the majority of my working life however, things changed rapidly after my Dad became seriously unwell following a series of Strokes.

Understanding the consequences of not having life admin in place became clear. Without these important documents, my hands were tied in supporting my parents.

Sadly my step mum died in 2020, leaving Dad's care in my hands. Thank goodness wishes were acted upon and these important pieces of paper were produced by getting the correct information explained in a clear, honest and understandable way.
